The Evolution Project is structured in the following steps, a systematic representation

- The basis of the Evolution Project is group training

+ Aqua

+ Groups with very special content and performance levels

+ Flexible times, also for shift workers, individualists and participants with a lot and little time

+ train at home and close to work, if possible

- Performance tests to precisely determine physical fitness and individual weaknesses

+ for strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination

- Agree on a training goal

- train individually in group training and be supervised by the trainer

- Instructions for the individual exercises

- Motivation from the coach

- Build training skills

- Performance test for success control and reflection

- Documentation and confirmation of the service provided and for a better self-assessment
